My name is Keith Fitzsimmons. I am an active paddler, coach and competitor with over 30 years experience. I am currently based in the South Dublin/Wicklow area. I am currently a:

• BCU Level 4 Coach White Water
• BCU Level 3 Coach Surf
• White Water Safety and Rescue Trainer
• National Trainer and Assessor for Personal and Coaching Awards

I offer Goal-focussed Coaching sessions for people who are already paddlers or triathletes moving into adventure racing. Sessions are geared to specially improve performance and therefore enjoyment.
